Land Clearing- Removing Growth to Gain a View

Land Clearing is simply the process of removing whatever vegetation and growth that you no longer want on your property, including trees, brush, stones, and other natural obstacles. The process of land clearing is generally done if you are looking to repurpose the land, or simply looking for that view you know is there.

There are many benefits to this undertaking, including safety (removal of dead or rotting trees, pests and termites), increasing value, making previously inhabitable land usable, and general aesthetic. This not only removes invasives but lets the desirable, natural growth flourish!

Land Clearing Methods

We use a variety of techniques depending on the project and your desired end result. This includes (but is not limited to):

•Hand Clearing and Cutting

•Mulching

•Controlled Burning

•Bush Hogging

•Grading

Using one or a combination of these methods, we can complete a wide variety of projects depending on your needs from vine removal and trail creation to clearing a lot in its entirety.

How Long Does it Take to Clear a Plot of Land?

The length of time it takes to clear a plot of land varies greatly and is directly impacted by the terrain, size and location of the project, weather and other factors. When using a mulcher, we are typically able to complete one acre per day while hand cutting along a creek or other steep terrain may take longer depending on your desired end result.

We understand that time is money for not only us but our clients, and during your quote or consultation are extremely intentional about giving you honest, fair and clear estimates regarding time estimates per project.
